Scouting Intern April – July 2017
- Worked closely with the team’s General Manager restructuring the organization’s draft strategy
- Participated in conference calls and meetings with the front office of the team, as well as learning about team infrastructure
- Compiled information and scouted hundreds of draft-eligible players, ultimately providing the GM with a list of players I saw best fit

Counselor, Junior Unit June – August 2016
- Responsible for campers ranging in age from 7-11 yrs. at overnight camp
- In charge of six campers as their tent counselor, serving as a mentor and friend
- Instructed swimming and lacrosse in addition to organizing large group activities, and managing the schedules of many campers

- Structured leadership training program designed to build teaching and communication skills in overnight camp
- Learned what it takes to be a role model and friend to campers in an overnight environment

- Campaigned fundraising events for The Neighborhood House, a community center for under privileged children in the Madison area
